Dr. Sikora is a seasoned professional dedicated to understanding and addressing the complexities of the human mind. A Colorado native with roots in Poland, Dr. Sikora's academic journey has been marked by a commitment to comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological care.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Colorado Denver before completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and obtaining her Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio.
Throughout her academic career, Dr. Sikora gained hands-on experience in various therapy settings, from individual and group to couples therapy. Her specialized training encompassed psychological and neuropsychological assessments for individuals across different age groups.
In a two-year clinical neuropsychology post-doctoral fellowship at South Texas Neuropsychology, Dr. Sikora worked across diverse settings, offering neuropsychological evaluations and cognitive rehabilitation therapy to patients facing cognitive challenges due to various conditions, including stroke and traumatic brain injuries.
Dr. Sikora is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Psychological Association, the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology, the National Academy of Neuropsychology, the Colorado Psychological Association, and the Colorado Neuropsychological Society.
Beyond her professional commitments, she enjoys traveling, attending cultural festivals, cooking, gardening, DIY projects, and hiking.

Lacey is a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience supporting young adult and geriatric populations through life’s most complex emotional and psychological challenges.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Cognition from Florida Gulf Coast University, followed by a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. During her graduate studies, Lacey completed her internship at AdventHealth Porter Hospital’s inpatient behavioral health unit, where she gained invaluable clinical experience providing both individual and group therapy to adults with severe and persistent psychiatric disorders.
With a strong clinical foundation and a person-centered therapeutic approach, Lacey specializes in treating a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma-related disorders, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), adjustment disorders, and anger management.
Lacey incorporates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based interventions to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each person's unique needs and goals. With a deep understanding of the aging process and its psychological impact, she is especially attuned to the unique challenges faced by older adults, including grief, social isolation, cognitive decline, and transitions in identity and independence. She creates a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment to foster resilience, enhance emotional regulation, and support meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of her professional role, Lacey enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, exploring new destinations, and relaxing with a good book at her favorite coffee shop.
